Consolidated Sustainability Statement

The report presents Moncler Group's 2024 sustainability performance against its 2020-2025 plan, stating that all annual targets were achieved. It highlights a 70% absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions reduction target by 2030 and maintained carbon neutrality at directly managed corporate sites, alongside 100% renewable electricity at those sites. The Group also reports progress on preferred materials, supplier decarbonization, diversity and inclusion, including a 92% response rate to its employee survey. Community initiatives included protecting more than 165,000 people from cold and supporting the TOG Foundation's eye-tracking project.
