Corporate Responsibility Report

Overview

The report is Monro's inaugural Corporate Responsibility Report and establishes a formal ESG oversight structure led by the Nominating and Corporate Responsibility Committee. It reports 59,845 training hours in FY 2021 through Monro University and describes initiatives covering teammate safety, diversity, customer protection, community giving, energy efficiency, and recycling. The report also maps selected disclosures to SASB factors for multiline and specialty retailers and auto parts.
