Overview

The report describes the 2013 implementation of the One Morgan model, reorganising the Group into three geographic regions while maintaining a global advanced-materials portfolio. Group revenue was £957.8 million, while the year-end workforce was 9,070 employees. Environmental disclosures report 387,100 tonnes CO2e from energy use, 1,287 GWh of total energy use and 44,400 tonnes of waste; PwC provided limited assurance over selected EHS data. The Group also set a target to reduce CO2e emissions intensity from energy use by 5% over 2012-14.
