Annual Report

The report describes how the company maintained resilient 2020 performance despite Covid-19, with revenue of £3,034m. It sets a new Group target of net zero carbon emissions by 2030 and reports major progress in carbon reduction. Environmental performance also included diverting 96% of waste from landfill, while the responsibility section covers employee, supply-chain and community priorities.
