Sustainability Report

The report describes the company's first detailed and wide-scale CO2e footprinting exercise in 2009, with a Group footprint of 565 860 tonnes CO2e. It also highlights a workforce of 34 243 people and 40% staff participation in volunteering. Sustainability governance was strengthened through explicit Group board accountability and delegated responsibility to the Group risk and compliance committee.
