Sustainability Report

The report describes MTN Group's 2022 sustainability work across planet, people, governance and inclusive economic growth, and says it adopted a double materiality process. It reports a 50% emissions-reduction target by 2030 from a 2021 baseline and a group Net Zero target for 2040. It also reports 2,674 renewable-energy BTS sites, with women representing 40% of the workforce and 29% of the Board.
