The report presents MTN Group's 2024 sustainability performance across climate, people and governance. It reports a 46.2% reduction in combined Scope 1 and 2 emissions, against a 12.5% 2024 target, and a 50% absolute reduction target by 2030. Workforce representation was 43.9% women, while total employees were 14 461. Potable water consumption was 860 356kl, and 40% of suppliers by spend had committed to setting targets against SBTi.
