Sustainability Report

The report presents MTY's first sustainability report for the fiscal year ending November 30, 2021. It covers corporate operations, company-owned restaurants, and select franchisees, and reports 1,888 head-office, manufacturing-plant, and corporate-store employees. The Board retains ultimate ESG accountability while a new ESG Committee supports sustainability strategy and oversight. Environmental achievements include replacing plastic stir sticks in Canada and roadmaps for packaging, emissions measurement, waste, animal welfare, and people priorities.
