Overview

The report presents 2025 as 2PointZero Group's first ESG report following its strategic merger and highlights the introduction of a formal Group-wide ESG Policy. It describes strengthened ESG governance, including Board oversight and delegated responsibilities, alongside 39.06% female workforce representation and 44.44% female representation on the Board. The Group reports 28.82 MT CO2e of Scope 1 emissions and 429.41 GJ of total energy consumption at holding level.
