Corporate Responsibility Report

The report describes Munich Re's 2018 Group-wide responsibility activities across climate, employees, governance and society. It reports a 44% carbon reduction against the 2009 baseline, carbon-neutral business operations, and 86% of electricity procured from renewable sources. The report also presents 41,410 employees and detailed environmental and social indicators. Selected disclosures were subject to EY limited assurance, and the report was prepared in accordance with GRI Standards.
