Environmental, Social, and Governance Annual Report

The report marks five years of Murgitroyd's Impact framework and its 50th anniversary, describing company-wide work across inclusion, environment, community giving and governance. It reports 371 employees across 22 global offices and highlights accessibility initiatives, employee engagement and community support. Environmental disclosures include 506,690 kWh of total energy consumption, a 60% renewable energy share and 889 tons CO2e of gross emissions before offsets. The report also describes ESG oversight through its Steering Committee, Executive Management Team and Board.
