Consolidated Annual Report

The report presents MVM Group's first consolidated ESRS sustainability statement for 2024, covering the full Group and its financial-reporting scope. It introduces a double materiality assessment combining impact and financial materiality, alongside extensive EU Taxonomy, climate, energy, water, waste, biodiversity, workforce and business-conduct disclosures. Climate reporting includes Scope 1, location- and market-based Scope 2, and a partial Scope 3 inventory calculated using the WBCSD GHG Protocol. The report also reports 19,607 year-end employees and two work-related fatal accidents across the wider workforce.
