Overview

The report describes a group-wide sustainability governance structure in which the Board is ultimately responsible and the Risk and Sustainability Committee oversees sustainability management. Its FY2020 material priorities included health and safety, fair trade and competition, customer satisfaction, business ethics and anti-corruption, and efficiency and emissions; it reported zero COVID-19 infections among staff and no environmental violations or fines. The report also disclosed estimated CO2 emissions of 2,756 tonnes for Steel Tube and 14,702 tonnes for Cold Rolled Coil, and highlighted a solar power purchase agreement expected to save approximately 4.1 GWh of electricity annually.
