Overview

The report covers NBL's financial year from 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2020 and presents the integrated annual report within the O&L Group. COVID-19 lockdowns drove a 14.6% revenue decline to N$2 646 million and a 16.6% decline in volumes. The company maintained 827 employees, reported no fatalities on site, and invested in water treatment and resource efficiency. Its priority SDGs were 3, 6, 7, 8 and 12, supported by solar energy, biomass and recycling initiatives.
