Annual Report

The report describes Nammo's 2017 transition from GRI G4 to the new GRI Standard and its fourth Communication on Progress to the UN Global Compact. It highlights six legal entities completing ethics and anti-corruption training, 17 HESS audits, and a workforce in which women represented 24.7 percent. Operational safety remained a concern, with 36 absence-causing accidents and two explosive-related lost-time injuries, while all main sites were certified to ISO 14001 or operated under similar environmental standards.
