Annual and Sustainability Report

The report covers Nammo's 2022 group-wide sustainability and financial performance, including record revenue of NOK 7.45 billion and 2,800 employees. It reports Scope 1, location-based Scope 2 and partial Scope 3 emissions, plus a restatement of 2021 GHG data following improved reporting. Sustainability topics span climate risk, energy, water, waste, employee safety and gender equality, with women representing 38% of the board and 27% of employees.
