Sustainability Report

The report covers Nampak's economic, social and environmental performance for 1 October 2019 to 30 September 2020. Following the disposal of several businesses, the group operated 34 operations in 11 African countries and employed 4,455 people. Its sustainability indicators reported 1,470,256 GJ of energy use, 936 Ml of water consumption and zero fatalities. The report also describes the Social, Ethics and Transformation committee's monitoring role and records C scores for CDP climate change and water security.
