CSR Report

The report presents the company's 2020 sustainability performance, including 5,778,759 mt-CO2e of total emissions, a 2.80% reduction from 2019, and extensive energy and water conservation activity. It records 596 environmental and resource-efficiency improvements, 18,964 employees and one fatal occupational incident involving an employee plus one contractor fatality. The company also reports materiality analysis, TCFD-based climate-risk management, CDP Leadership Level (A-), and GRI Core reporting. BSI provided an AA1000AS v3 principles-based independent assurance opinion for the CSR report.
