Annual Report

The report describes Napatech's 2024 ESG development initiative and a sustainability statement prepared with reference to ESRS, supported by a double materiality assessment. It reports 94 full-time employees, including eight women, and states that one of five Board members was a woman. On climate, the company used the Danish Business Authority's Climate Compass to calculate energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, while planning to develop a quantified carbon-intensity target in 2025.
