Sustainability Report and TCFD Report

The report describes Nasdaq's 2023 sustainability progress, including the integration of Adenza across a 38-country footprint, validated near- and long-term science-based emissions targets, and continued annual carbon neutrality. It reports 100% renewable electricity procurement for offices and data centers, 8,525 year-end employees, and expanded ESG products and reporting. The report also includes a TCFD disclosure, TNFD-aligned pilot analysis, ESG data tables, GRI, SASB, WEF and UNGC indexes, and independent limited assurance over selected environmental and social data.
