Overview

The report presents Naspers' first sustainability statements prepared in accordance with CSRD and ESRS, supported by a double-materiality assessment covering impact and financial perspectives. It reports SBTi-verified climate targets, including a 100% reduction target for absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions by FY28 from a FY20 base year. FY25 disclosures include 33 246 employees and group-wide Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions, alongside sustainability governance led ultimately by the board.
