Overview

The report recorded consolidated profit before tax of K20,661m, up from K18,446m in 2013. It continued community initiatives including nursing scholarships and education and health support, introduced an employee recognition and rewards scheme, and conducted 66 short-term banking courses. The Group also described screening wholesale banking loans for customers’ social and environmental risks.
