Overview

The report documents NFH's first materiality assessment in 2024, using internal and external stakeholder input to identify ESG issues. It reports 597,804 kWh of indirect electricity consumption and 845 kg of recycling. NFH employed 44 permanent full-time staff at year-end, and the Group provided an average of 44 training hours per full-time employee alongside mandatory ESG training for all employees.
