Sustainability Report

The report presents the National Pension Service's 2019 sustainability activities and performance across social value, welfare services, governance, environmental management and workforce matters. It highlights initiatives such as inclusive pension services, COVID-19 response, job creation, information security and support for vulnerable groups. The sustainability performance appendix reports GHG emissions, energy, water, waste and employee data. The report was prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards Core Options and received moderate third-party assurance from Korea Management Registrar Inc.
