Overview

The report describes NATS's expanded Collectively responsible programme, covering employees, communities, environmental performance and business ethics. It highlights certification of all UK airport towers and Aberporth ranges to ISO14001:2015. Environmental initiatives included airspace-efficiency improvements, a 10% per-flight CO2 reduction target by 2020, and recycling and wind-farm mitigation work.
