Auditor's Report

The report describes a year of volatile energy markets in which Naturgy reported net sales of 33,965 million euro and EBITDA of 4,954 million euro. It reports a 16.5% reduction in the total carbon footprint from 2021, more than 5.5 GW of operating renewable capacity, and continued development of wind, solar, biomethane and hydrogen projects. The company also carried out 345 biodiversity initiatives and continued customer support measures during the energy-price crisis.
