The report describes Nedbank's double-materiality approach and its 2025 sustainability performance, including R207bn of sustainable development finance representing 21% of gross loans and advances, operational emissions of 53 ktCO2e, and 17% renewable energy use. Selected sustainability information was externally subject to limited assurance. The report also sets longer-term commitments to align lending and investments with a net-zero economy by 2050.
