Sustainability Report

The report describes Neste Oil's completion of a EUR 1.5 billion renewable diesel capacity investment program, while reporting 49% certified raw materials and continued lifecycle emissions reductions from renewable fuels. It records a company-wide TRIF of 2.3 but also one contractor fatality during 2011. The report covers an average workforce of 4,926 people and reports direct CO2 emissions of 3.72 million tons. Its sustainability information was independently assured by PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy and prepared in accordance with GRI G3.
