Shareholder Report

The report presents Netcare's FY 2025 governance, remuneration and summarised Group financial performance for the year ended 30 September 2025. It reports that the Group's Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions reduction targets were accepted and approved by SBTi in December 2024, with a net-zero carbon emissions goal for 2050. Group revenue was reported as 26 344 Rm, while environmental assurance covered energy, carbon footprint, waste, water and Scope 3 emissions. The report also records CDP climate and water scores of C and B, respectively.
