The report is NetEase's first ESG report and presents social, human-capital, cybersecurity, privacy, environmental, governance, business-ethics and shareholder-return priorities. It describes social initiatives covering online games, education, music, poverty alleviation and food safety. Environmental highlights include an installed solar power system with over 382 Mwh output and smart lighting systems expected to reduce energy consumption by as much as 90%.
