Environmental Social Governance Report

The report presents Netflix's 2022 ESG progress across environmental, social and governance topics. It reports 59,388 MTCO2e of Scope 1 emissions, 41,411 location-based Scope 2 emissions, and 1,086,833 Scope 3 emissions, while stating that remaining emissions across all three scopes were netted to zero in 2022. It reports 12,800 employees, 49.6% women in the reported global workforce data, and 27% women on the overall board. The ESG framework is informed by SASB, GRI and TCFD, and EY reviewed the Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions.
