Overview

The report presents Netflix's 2025 ESG progress across climate, social impact and governance. It reports SBTi-validated targets to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 46% in absolute terms and Scope 3 emissions intensity by 55% by 2030 from a 2019 baseline. Netflix also retired 1,087,936 metric tons of carbon credits and 258,639 MWh of EACs to match emissions. Social and governance disclosures include 16,000 employees, five women directors among 13 Board members, and Board oversight of ESG efforts.
