Overview

The report presents NETSOL's FY2024-25 transition to an AI-first organization, including the launch of Transcend AI Labs and the Institute of Artificial Intelligence. Consolidated revenue was PKR 9,905 million and consolidated profit was PKR 1,385 million. The sustainability section maps initiatives to ten SDGs, covering renewable energy, recycling, employee support, health, education and inclusion. It also includes ESG performance indicators covering gender pay, workforce diversity, environmental operations and board diversity.
