Sustainability Report

The report describes Newmont's 2022 sustainability performance, including a fourth consecutive year with zero workplace fatalities at managed operations and a 17% reduction in fresh water consumption from the 2018 baseline. It reports emissions-reduction targets for 2030 and a net-zero carbon emissions commitment for 2050. Newmont also rebaselined its Scope 3 emissions and received SBTi approval of the revised targets in September 2022.
