The report records 2025 consolidated sales of $22,669 million and net income attributable to Newmont stockholders of $7,085 million. Consolidated gold production was 5,530 thousand ounces, Ahafo North achieved commercial production, and Newmont completed the sales of five reportable segments and the Coffee development project. It also describes recalculating GHG target baselines after the Newcrest acquisition and subsequent divestitures, while retaining stated 2030 reduction targets of 32% for Scope 1 and 2 and 30% for Scope 3.
