Environmental, Social and Governance Report

The report presents Newton Resources' first ESG report for 2016, prepared in accordance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's ESG Reporting Guide. It reports no corruption, bribery, extortion, fraud or money-laundering incidents involving the Group and its employees during the Reporting Period. Community investment included planting 9,000 trees during the year.
