Environmental, Social and Governance Report

The report describes the Board's ultimate responsibility for ESG oversight and a stakeholder-based materiality assessment. The Group reported 23 employees, total GHG emissions of 96.92 tCO2e, and no work-related injuries or fatalities during the Reporting Period. Environmental disclosures include Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions, electricity, paper and water data. The Group also made approximately US$13,000 in charitable donations during 2023.
