Corporate Social Responsibility Report

The report describes a supply-chain programme covering 1,353 factories, with 378 audited in 2004. It reports 109,760 tonnes of CO2 from energy and a further 33,355 tonnes from transport, alongside 29,215 tonnes of store and warehouse waste with approximately 41% recycled. The Reassurance Network independently reviewed the report under the AA1000 standard.
