Annual Report and Accounts

The report presents NEXT's 2019/20 performance across financial, workforce and responsibility matters. It reports a 35% reduction in absolute Scope 1 and Scope 2 carbon emissions against the 2016/17 baseline, with UK and Eire operations using 100% renewable energy since April 2017. It also records 97% operational-waste diversion from landfill and describes implementation of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
