Corporate Responsibility Report

The report describes NEXT's 2021 corporate responsibility performance across its group, with particular focus on UK and Eire operations and supply-chain impacts. It established an ESG Steering Group, reported a 148,044 tonnes CO2e operational footprint, and set a new Scope 3 reduction target of 40% by 2030 per £1m sales. The report also details COVID-safe workplace measures, responsible sourcing progress, human-rights remediation, and a 97% waste diversion rate.
