The report describes Nextensa's 2023 sustainability governance, double materiality assessment and transition toward CSRD reporting. It reports EU Taxonomy eligibility and alignment, including 31% aligned turnover and 19% aligned CapEx. Environmental disclosures include Scope 1 and 2 emissions, Scope 3 categories, portfolio energy consumption and water consumption. The report also covers workforce diversity, training, well-being and board gender composition.
