The report describes NHST Holding's 2024 group performance, with operating revenue of NOK 1,182.1 million and EBITDA of NOK 93.6 million. It presents a double materiality assessment aligned with CSRD and identifies climate, employees and value-chain workers, customers and societies, and business conduct as material ESG matters. The Group reports estimated CO2e emissions from print and distribution and from DN Media Group air travel and office energy. Year-end staffing was reduced to 480 FTEs, while 42 per cent of employees were female.
