Overview

The report presents Nichols' inaugural Happier Future sustainability programme across three pillars: Everyone Matters, Products We're Proud Of and Owning Our Climate Impact. Highlights include the first inclusion and diversity policy, resilience training for employees, removal of 120 tonnes of plastic and 17 tonnes of aluminium from the UK packaged portfolio, and a roadmap targeting an 80% Scope 1 and 2 reduction by 2030 and net zero by or before 2050.
