The report presents NIKE's FY18 impact priorities across human potential, manufacturing, and environmental footprint, with 65,332 employees and 19% renewable energy in owned or operated facilities. It reports 41,942 Metric tonnes CO2e of Scope 1 emissions, 259,103 location-based Scope 2, and 218,240 market-based Scope 2, with PwC limited assurance over selected metrics. It also reports 93% of contract factories rated Bronze or better, 99.9% of footwear manufacturing waste recycled or converted to energy, and an absolute Scope 1 and 2 reduction equivalence of at least 50% by FY25.
