Impact Report

The report presents NIKE's final FY20 update on its 2020 targets and launches a new Purpose 2025 roadmap. It reports 47,398 Metric Tons CO2e of Scope 1 emissions, 159,266 Metric Tons CO2e of market-based Scope 2 emissions, and 11,500,000 Metric Tons CO2e of Scope 3 emissions. Global employees totaled 65,885, with women representing 49.51% of employees and 33% of the Board of Directors. The report also documents PwC limited assurance over selected sustainability and employee metrics and assigns sustainability oversight to the Board's Corporate Responsibility, Sustainability and Governance Committee.
