Sustainability Report

The report presents Nippon Life Group's sustainability management around People, Community and Environment, with outcome targets covering customer reach, healthy life expectancy and emissions. For FY2024, it reported 170,711 consolidated employees and Group emissions of 289,664 t-CO2 across the disclosed calculation boundary. It highlights the Nissay Cancer Awareness Project, which collected approximately 1.581 million survey responses in 2025, and expanded responsible-investment initiatives including transition and impact finance. The report also describes new FY2035 and FY2040 interim emissions targets toward net zero by FY2050.
