Overview

The report describes NiSource's ESG governance through a five-member independent Environmental, Safety & Sustainability Committee that assists the Board. It highlights 2016 as the company's safest year yet and reports replacement of more than 400 miles of priority pipe, 60 miles of underground electric cable and 1,205 electric poles.
