Integrated Annual Report

The report describes NiSource’s 2021 investment of $1.3 billion in its gas and electric utility systems and its ongoing transition toward cleaner generation. It sets out a target to reduce direct Scope 1 GHG emissions by 90% by 2030 against a 2005 base year. The report also highlights community support, including nearly $7 million in donations from the NiSource Charitable Foundation.
