CSR Report

The report highlights Nissha's fiscal 2010 CSR program, aligned with its Third Medium-term Business Plan and the vision of becoming a truly global company. It records 72,984 tons of CO2 emissions from operations in Japan and acknowledges that the emissions-rate target was not achieved. Waste generated in Japan totaled 13,458 tons, with a 99.4% recycling and reuse rate. Social initiatives included CSR procurement briefings for 66 suppliers and environmental workshops for approximately 700 children in 12 schools.
