Overview

The report introduces Value UpX, a four-year plan launched in fiscal 2025 to support Vision 2030 and the Group's ambition to become a global top provider of oils and fats solutions. It reports FY2024 consolidated net sales of ¥530,878 million and 3,254 employees. Sustainability highlights include a preliminary 20.7% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 CO2 emissions against FY2016, 92.9% traceability to palm-oil plantations, and CDP A List recognition for climate change and water security. The Group also targets a 50% Scope 1 and 2 reduction by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2050.
